As determined by their own punitive actions against me the goals of the Yandex Pro operatives were damaging me in any way possible and preventing me from earning an income to first and foremost support myself and my sites and most importantly, from a military perspective, to prevent me from engaging in humanitarian assistance to Russian Forces in the Special Operation Zone. In regard to the latter Yandex is guilty of treason to Russia.
On a larger scale the only true goal of Yandex is to make as much tax free money as possible through manipulation and subversion by inserting itself into every real world process it can while operating in the still largely unregulated Russian Cyber Space while taking advantage of the specifics inherent in a large precentage of the Russian people who are still not as technologically advanced and tech savvy as those in the West and who are still struggling under a capitalist system forced upon them that they had no real preparation for and the details of which are obfuscated even to this day. Given the uncontrolled expansion of Yandex into every sphere of Russian life, the fact that as long as the end owner is living in Israel (the citizens of which are bound to the "Israel First" operational parameter) and in the case of this study the fact that through the Yandex Pro application Yandex is literally stealing almost half of the hard-earned money of Russian taxi drivers to the unbelievable tune of up to 250 million rubles every 24 hours, it was decided that this investigation was in the interests of not only the public good of the Russian people but those of every country where Yandex wants to operate their MKULTRA App and thus necessary for JAR2 to carry out this work. Given that Russia is currently in a state of war against 56 NATO countries and the FVEY partnership of Yandex and the fact that Yandex is freely collecting data in unbelievable unfettered amounts it is absolutely imperative that Russian Security lock down Yandex. Finally with the fact that I am a CIA/Deep State targetted individual and the operations against me have never stopped, I presented those running CIA/FVEY Black Cyber Operations with bait they could not in any way shape or form resist. I am self-employed and Yandex takes up to
50% of my earnings while providing a broken navigation system, orders
that they cancel and change at will, absolutely no normal support and
taking money for taxes which they do not pay and for anything else they
wish. According to Yandex support they are a huge corporation and can do
whatever they want, including using "Secret Shoppers" to transfer the
blame for their broken navigation to the drivers. In Russia Report 10 I
will attempt to methodically and with undeniable proof reverse engineer
their direct targetting of myself and their endless financial
machinations.
After a call to the Security personnel at the taxi park where over two thousand drivers are employed it appears that I am the only such case. IzraHell controls the United States and NATO and also wishes to control Russia and the BRICS and one of its chief instrument is Yandex. After talking to several other self-employed drivers I concluded that this is not a system-wide issue but one targetting me in particular. All other drivers I questioned stated that Yandex transfers the funds it collects to the tax authorities. However none of these drivers seemed to have a problem that Yandex unilaterally and without their consent began collecting these funds. These "drivers" also did not seem particularly concerned that Yandex is stealing a third of their incomes. After all my conversations with other "drivers" it is obvious that I will not gain their support in launching a collective complaint. They are sheeple like all the rest, ready to trudge on and die in slavery rather than stand up and demand their rights.
Again I have to repeat that in January Yandex unilaterally, without warning and without consent, began withholding monies to apparently pay taxes from self-employed drivers. Again I repeat no driver has a written or other agreement with Yandex Taxi making them an employee of Yandex, meaning it is illegal for Yandex to withhold these monies. Now that 5 months have passed during which Yandex has withheld monies for taxes and not one single payment was received by the tax authorities, it is 100% clear that Yandex is guilty of massive fraud and theft.

The scope of the operations of Yandex and Alpha Bank and their mafia partners in seizing monies meant for taxes can only be determined by investigators after the raids and seizures of records from Yandex and Alpha Bank. The evidence I am providing only relates to me and shows that Yandex and Alpha Bank are carrying out punitive sanctions against me personally for supporting the Russian Forces and for fighting against the CIA/MI6 5th Column. Yandex sanctioned JAR2 by blocking my Komfort tariff which effectively makes it impossible to pay for the taxi, pay for gas and make a profit. They now refuse to unblock my "Komfort" tariff even though I met their threshold. The CIA/Yandex primary goal is to prevent me from obtaining an income because I am a whistleblower, an enemy or the Empire of Lies and Israel. The military objective of Yandex and Avito is to prevent me from being able to provide humanitarian aid to Russian Forces. Providing material support to Russian Forces fighting the US/NATO nazis in the former Ukraine is a crime in the Empire of Lies. I continue to write to Yandex support and they continue create new reasons. They are LIARS! I have now been sanctioned by Yandex in the form of a block of my “Komfort” tariff after renting a brand new vehicle under the “Komfort+” specifications. Under their “rules” and their faulty rating system (which I will detail in my report) my rating was not high enough although as you can see in the screen shots below I have passed their threshold. Yandex decided to sanction me in such a patently false manner and now claims there is nothing they can do. By their actions and sanctioning me in this manner, and the fact that they have never been sanctioned by the Empire of Lies, Yandex (which has an agreement with US Intelligence under the Netherlands FVEY structures) has proven that they are an instrument of the CIA and are an active participant in actions against Russians and me personally. By blocking my “Komfort” tariff Yandex has effectively made it impossible for me to make enough money to survive. Their “Ekonom” tariff is so small that it is barely enough to pay for gas and would be impossible to pay the rent on a Komfort class vehicle. Yandex knows this and after obtaining a new vehicle their actions are obviously directed at guaranteeing my failure for the CIA. Yandex support says it is the “system” which has done so automatically and there is nothing they can do to return my tariff. So Yandex, you are either a super intelligent high-tech organization or you are a bunch of idiots who can not even control your own system. You can not have both and either way you are simply tools of the CIA. Do the Russian owners know this? I doubt it. The first trip I received was the reason I left that tariff in the first place. After arriving in Moscow on a reserved order and waiting for about an hour for any sort of trip from Yandex I decided to press the "Home" button and then waited about two more hours before finally receiving a trip towards home. This was actually very lucky as the home function almost never works for me. At about 4 AM I headed out on the 43 kilometers to the client and when I arrived I was forced to wait about 30 more minutes under a supposedly "paid wait" function (which of course Yandex never paid) when a group of about 14 drunk people exited the building. They demanded that during the trip I allow them to smoke and that I stop at some shop so they could buy vodka. A conflict ensued and after having waited for over 30 minutes I was allowed to cancel the trip without losing priority points, which I did. I then had to wait another hour and found another reserved order which allowed me to return home. This morning I authored the following letter to the owners of Yandex and sent it to the "Help" chat and published it on VK and the result was the deletion of my reserved trips from the Yandex Pro application. I had the entire evening planned and the trips just disappeared. This is just another example of the real-time punitive operations that Yandex is engaged in against me personally, punitive operations that are being orchestrated and run by the CIA and NSA partners of Yandex. It is important that I underline that since the creation of JAR2 and the publication of the MI6 lists, Yandex has always been an enemy and has always taken measures against me personally and against JAR2. These measures have included publicly DOXing, blocking and taking possession of monies when I was a refugee and Shadow Banning the results of JAR2 in the search databases. Putting myself directly under their financial and physical control was dangerous but the Intel I have been able to gather has been priceless. Just like the two holes in my former US passport and the ensuing letter that my passport was at the US Embassy, catching CIA spies and stopping their operations has always been a very difficult task but it is one I am a master of. I remind my dear readers that the "Secret" directives of the USA/NATO are to destroy all my income so that I am not able to operate, including so I am not able to provide material support for the Russian forces. four lives were in my hands. He refused to calm down and at one point
even grabbed my arm which could have caused a serious accident. I raised
my voice and told him to calm down or I would stop the car and call the
police. As is always the case these drunk passengers were not happy and
gave me a bad rating which of course Yandex refuses to remove. The
reality of driving a taxi in Russia is that a large percentage of the
passengers are inappropriate and of drunks, drug addicts and other
marginal members of society. This is the reality, yet Yandex refuses to
acknowledge that fact and gives them the authority to rate drivers and
thus influence our incomes and lives. I have received low rating from
passengers on racist, nationalist and entirely unjust grounds and Yandex
supports them and does nothing to help their drivers. As you do nothing

Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Background and Sourcing Used for this Report Abstract - Available as PDF YANDEX ABSTRACT In the current study and investigative research we will show that Yandex is operating under the dictants of its Israeli Zionist puppet masters and the Western Intelligence Agencies with which it has signed secret agreements making its operations inside the Russian Federation ones which run contrary to the interests of the Russian State, the Russian people and the Russian World in general. Given the narrow operational scope of our direct interface with Yandex, Yandex structures and Yandex personnel, this study has been limited to focusing on the operational parameters of the Yandex Pro Android Application and its associated programs and infrastructure necessary for running their Yandex Taxi operations. By studying and recording the operations of Yandex Pro and going undercover into the Russian taxi sector (one which has been almost completely taken over by Yandex) to conduct interviews and gather information for this report, we have been able to formulate a real operational overview of Yandex and reach conclusions based on factual evidence and real world operational data. Our study and research is unique as it has been carried out under operational parameters and investigative journalistic methodologies that have never been used against Yandex and which have been made possible by the unique status of the owner of JAR2.com and chief researcher John Robles II. Yandex has been very helpful in exposing itself and its real intentions and operations through the hundreds of punitive measures that it has carried out against the author of this report. In this regard it is very important to note that the author (an individual with broad Internet and Cyber operations experience) initially approached Yandex with an open heart and the intention of actually assisting Yandex in the development and improvement of its monopolistic application (an incorrectly labelled Taxi Meter). Introduction In the Spirit of Karl Marx We Expose the Tech Fascism and Intel Operations of FVEY Yandex Yandex has a real and documented anti-Russian bias and their targetting of John Robles II is proof that they are serving Western interests and not those of the Russian State or the Russian people.
We recall that when Marx wrote his great work he was struggling and asked his employers for a measly raise so he could survive. They refused and he created Das Kapital. That is almost exactly what has occurred with me and I am also forced to go against a mafia like capitalist system that has been embedded in Russia from without and is raping the Russian people and the Russian economy for foreign based interests. The fact that Yandex has never been sanctioned by the West is a testament to their cooperation with Western Intelligence Agencies whose goal in my case has been to destroy all of my economic and social support structures, prevent me from carrying out humanitarian work and in the end causing my complete impoverishment leading to the closure of my sites and servers. This has been the goal of the CIA and MI6 for years and has included the hostile takeovers of my schools, my courses and even the liquidation of the Voice of Russia World Service. My contention is that the Khazarian Mafia owner of Yandex sitting in Israel is actively cooperating with Western Intelligence and all of his internet resources are at the complete and total disposal of Western Intelligence Agencies. The access that Yandex has provided to Western Intelligence includes complete and total interface control and the ability to carry out live real-time manipulations of the Yandex Pro application and the associated data-bases and connected digital resources that the application requires to work properly. From the very beginning Yandex has shown a clear, organized and intentional effort to prevent me from making any kind of profit on their platform, this has been carefully documented and recorded and is being presented in this report. This includes working for days with zero profit, having funds taken and not being able to even pay for gas, having my entire New Year's income seized and "zeroed out" in a Khabbalian Bookkeeping "App Update" and on and on and on. The final nail in their coffin is their ongoing refusal to transfer tax monies to the Russian Federal Tax authorities which has already caused me to be behind in my tax payments and has me incurring fines on a daily basis. This has been their goal and they have been successful in damaging me for the US Government and the CIA and Western Intelligence. In the following work you will see almost endless examples of Yandex preventing me from making a profit on their platform, these efforts include: endless reserved trip cancellations carried out by various means, blocking me from the system and forcing me to "rest" when bare minimum profits were attained to pay the taxi-park and Yandex, the provision of ghost passengers and fake trips to prevent the payout of bonuses and monies for return deadheading, the self-given right to take monies to "pay my taxes" when they have no legal right to do so as I am self-employed. As a corporate entity Yandex has a real and documented anti-Russian bias and their long-time historic targetting of John Robles II (a vociferous Russian patriot), his sites and his journalistic work are all proof that they are serving Western interests (CIA/MI6) and not those of the Russian State or the Russian people. Through the collection of evidence, witness statements and other methodologies, our investigation into Yandex through the careful monitoring, interaction and documentation of their Yandex Pro operations, this research will show that Yandex is a dangerous threat to the safety and security of Russian citizens and the Russian State and is being used by Western Intelligence Agencies to target enemies of the West. After months of being subjugated to punitive persecution by the team at Yandex Pro and by the CIA operatives who have access to the Yandex Pro interface, we have finally decided that enough is enough and are publishing all of our findings. Yandex was warned and asked to come clean and they decided to initiate even more stringent punitive measures against the author of this report and he is now left with almost no way to make an income as the only tariff he worked under has now been unfairly taken away from him by Yandex which has in fact violated its own rules to do so as evidenced by the standing 4.82 at the time of the block. To add insult to injury (as of May 22, 2025) Yandex still refuses to transfer monies it has collected from Robles to the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, leaving him with a specially constructed and carefully planned tax debt that he can not pay. The penultimate coup de' grace of Yandex in their endless attacks and targeting of me personally (awaiting the full-lifetime block from all of their services) was the recent blocking of my "Komfort" class tariff in the Yandex Pro App. Explaining and detailing the endless targeting by Yandex will take weeks (that work has now begun) and the catalyst for the revelations has now been effected by Yandex themselves. Yandex has grown from a search engine allowed to scan the Russian Internet into a Hostile Intelligence Operation able to insert itself into any sector that it pleases and carry out real-time hostile intelligence operations against anyone it wishes to target, in this case now Russian Citizen John Robles II (JAR2). In the coming week we will be presenting all of the evidence of specific targeting for the CIA by the Yandex Pro team and their "technical services" and provide proof that foreign intelligence operatives are directly involved in the digital stalking of JAR2 in real-time using the Yandex Pro App through the Google Android framework, the smart phones permissions required by the app, geo location and other insidious methods Yandex and the FVEY use to access the personal data of users and to carry out their punitive measures.. Witness One - Yandex Maps I placed this person as witness one because the information they provided was extremely important and relevant to our current state of war. The person also revealed a very strange development and helped to shed light on what was for me a very strange addition to Yandex maps. According to Witness One they have absolutely no contact with other Yandex employees. This person works for the Yandex maps division performing functions I can not detail because that would identify them to Yandex. However the revelations this brave person made were quite disturbing and may be the most important part of all of my research into Yandex operations.

Knowing how the CIA used Afghan Agents to place coins and other small self-powered magnetic signaling and homing devices on cars and locations to facilitate drone strikes and that the drones could pick up and home in on these weak signals it would be a no brainer to understand that the signal from a Wifi Router would be more than sufficient to facilitate a drone strike. How it works: Under the scheme Yandex Navi requires all of the permissions and the high frequency uninterrupted GPS location functions that Yandex recommended all drivers activate in the Android developer functions. It also requires all of the permissions granted to Yandex Pro in the Android/Google spy phone in order to send back the data, turn on and off cameras, take pictures, etc., making it the perfect spy tool as it gives the CIA Cyber Operations officer not only the exact GPS identified location, name, signal strength and security protocols in place for every Wifi station the App passes by, but the ability to photograph, video and along with GSM cell tower data locate and monitor everyone and everything in the vicinity. Technically the scheme is quite complicated but the end result (a perfect homing signal for drone strikes) is quite simple to understand. Understanding how GPS mapping works counters the ridiculous claim by Yandex that mapping Wifi stations can help improve navigation accuracy. Yes this is true but not for you and your Yandex Navi. For the CIA/NATO... In my discussions with Witness One we also talked about GLONASS and postulated on the reasons Yandex has not come up with a GLONASS based alternative, which would have been a no-brainer especially during the New Year's holidays when GPS navigation became impossible in Moscow.
Another very interesting point here and perhaps the smoking gun on the Yandex Wifi location mapping and targetting theory is that the "Internal" Yandex map in Yandex Pro does not ask for this permission. Killing the theory that Yandex already has a Wifi location map inside Russia that can be used for navigation and proving that they are actually actively attempting to collect such data, for drone targetting of course. Given the homing device I found near my vehicle and others I found in trees and other locations where I live, and then my ensuing research into RFID technology and homing devices et al, assuming a high frequency 5G router can be used as a homing device is a no brainer. Android sends back information about all Wifi connections on a phone and then Yandex pinpoints exactly where they are. Given the recent attack on my ISP through routers and Wifi stations connected through their infrastructure saying Yandex is a threat to Russian National Security in its collection of Wifi locations is a no-brainer. My question which directly affects Russian Security operations is why Yandex is always moving around the location points of passengers... This is a serious question and given some of the people Yandex helps move around, including Central Asian terrorists and marginal extremists of every sort including the UA nazi type, this is a vitally important one. After an incident when I drove what appeared to be an underage girl over 150 kilometers at night (not against Yandex rules and I could not refuse) and after we were underway it was revealed that I would be paid on delivery and the man who was supposed to pay tried not to, I had the intense displeasure of having to deal with Yandex Security again. As the man and his partner were threatening me and trying to get me to exit the vehicle I was forced to press the red conflict button on the Yandex Pro App and call the police. The incident was quickly solved when the men realized that the police were on the speaker phone and quickly paid and sped away in the BMW crossover pictured on this page. Yandex is no longer a "Russian" alternative to Google. After the assassination of Ilya Segalovich in 2013 by CIA/MOSSAD cancer assassination (the favored kill tool of the Russian 5th column) Yandex became the main secret data collection instrument of CIA/FVEY intelligence gathering operations inside the Russian Federation. Existing almost free of regulation, oversight and government controls inside the Russian net, one occupied and used by open, honest and trusting Russian citizens, under Volozh Yandex has become what Google always dreamed about becoming: the Full Spectrum Data Gathering tool of the USA Intelligence community (which in 2013 ramped up its secret war against Russia with the invasion and takeover of the Ukraine). That is the only option left to guarantee the security of not only myself but of the Russian World and the newly forming BRICS Union. With regard to Yandex stealing monies they claim are for taxes I remind everyone that I do not work for Yandex in any manner and have no contract or other agreement with them which gives them the right to withhold monies for tax purposes. I also remind everyone of the way Yandex passes the tax burden to the drivers and then takes its 33% or more from the after tax revenue giving itself tax free money as income can not be taxed twice. Regarding Yandex Search: Programmers, System Admins and IT specialists have a language and method of communicating that is beyond the grasp of many civilian and even government individuals. Communication can be achieved secretly through naming conventions of files and assets, file sizes and many other means including source code and things that the average surface web user never sees. Another important point in possessing the ability to "see" what is right in front of the world's noses, is the deep understanding of Western Intelligence Operations and how the massive "secret" Empire of Lies "Intelligence Community" operates. With that in mind I will explain try to explain in the simplest terms possible (so that any uninitiated surface web user can understand) why the above points are important and in fact pose a real and present threat to the security of the Russian World and the World at large (this of course includes those countries which are in fact allies of Russia and have allowed Yandex to encroach into their sovereign cyber areas). Where are the servers and who is behind Yandex?
1. Recently (see June 10 post below) I investigated the speed of Yandex servers and published a limited version of the results on my social media account at VK which you can see at the following link: https://vk.com/wall286748277_25528 . Lo and behold the Yandex search page now includes the word "fast". II also published a post saying do not trust the Yandex thief and yesterday posted a warning about fraudsters as Yandex went all out to "collect" millions of rubles for a forced and fraudulently obtained "Yandex Plus" subscription forced upon Yandex Go users. The fraud entailed giving a subscription for 100 rubles a year ago and the pay out of the scheme came recently when "subscriptions" forced upon non-suspecting citizens who for the most part had forgotten about their "subscription" were secretly "renewed" at a sum of 2,500 rubles. That is massive fraud. The result to my "do not trust Yandex" post was a message on Yandex search in Russian to "Trust Yandex". For anyone who saw that message, now you know the reason behind it. Public trust is waning and in the tech world public trust is everything. 2. Those who remember the attempted liquidation of the Russian Federation in December 1999 after documents were signed (Lebedev, Brezhinsky, End Russia Project) and the fact the President Vladimir Putin was also the Director of the FSB (1998), the Secretary of the Security Council (1999) and the Chairman of the Russian Government (1999), may also remember that two Russian regions (including the Jewish Autonomous Region) declared independence from the Russian Federation in December 1999 after creating their own currencies. Few remember that the first decree issued by President Putin was the determination that the President determines the acceptability of the governors of the Russian regions (who at the time were calling themselves presidents and the like). Those who understand know that with this one move my beloved President Putin saved the Russian State and the Russian World and for that he has my eternal respect and must forever be remembered as the savior of Russia (and the free world) that he was and is and will always be.
As you can see by point number two, Zionist/Israeli owned Yandex has not only created its own currency but has taken it upon itself to completely devalue the Russian ruble to levels higher than the hyper inflation exchange rates that existed in post-Soviet Russia in the 1990s when the ruble had three zeros on the end and the exchange rates were in the 10s of thousands.
When paired with the illegal theft, withholding and diversion of tax revenues as briefly detailed above and carefully documented in my yet to be published research, then Yandex is guilty of the theft and diversion and withholding of assets to the Russian State coffers during a time of war (treason) which is something I will in no way shape or form be a party to either consciously or by maintaining my silence (hence my exposure of the Yandex traitors). Again I repeat this is a matter that must be looked at by state security as it is a direct threat to the continuity and sovereignty of the Russian Federation. In the almost impossible to believe scenario that Yandex is stealing only MY tax revenues, then that proves that Yandex is guilty of directly targetting me as an individual which is something I have suspected from the beginning. I have written multiple letters to Yandex and my lawyers and the tax authorities to whom I also delivered a letter in person and have not received any kind of adequate reply from Yandex. Yandex has as of June 15 withheld 38,722.00 rubles in "tax" monies which have not been transferred to the tax authorities. Another official letter has been sent to Yandex and forwarded to the proper authorities. All instances of what I believe to be specific targetting of me as an individual by Yandex are detailed in my upcoming report. Those facts and the fact that Yoo Money is being used to transfer funds in and out of Russia to Ukrainian terrorist entities and those fighting and undermining the Russian State, including the 5th column, make it absolutely necessary that measures are taken to nationalize Yandex which I have concluded is the only solution. That is my expert assessment and one which I deplore and have to implore you to act on in a timely and resolute manner. According to Yandex you can not refuse their collection of tax monies on your behalf not if you are self-employed nor if you are an independent contractor. They claim this is part of the "system" that they repeat they have no control over. Very interesting that last sentence. They are an IT company yet they do not control their systems. Who then controls their systems? The CIA? Every time there is a problem Yandex claims it is algorithms or a system they can not control. Unbelievable stuff!
3. The JavaScript file named watch_serp.js is very interesting and follows the same USA Government naming conventions as the NSA.dll that we discovered in Windows NT way back in the day. As I live in Serpukhov watch serp is very interesting "serp" is short for Serpukhov. The java script file is filled with very complicated and interesting code which in short send search requests and related data to Google and an unknown server we believe is NSA or CIA cyber operations due to its location in a US Government data center in Kansas City where the USA Government has a massive secret underground complex. That way they can track your searches and report the results to whoever they wish, in my case the CIA. It is possible to search without logging in but then there are constant pop-ups and verification windows you have to deal with. 8. This is a wonderful part of the puzzle and a message from the programmers proving everything I have ever said regarding the LITMUS TEST that is 911. Yandex is a part of the 911 coverup and that is why I am targetted. I have to thank the Yandex coders for that little message. We will prevail and we will expose the 911 perps no matter how long it takes. 9. The page was accessed and saved on June 12 which is Russia Day in the Russian Federation. The fact that Yandex never adds an Icon or other reminder on the most important Russian holidays is clear evidence that Yandex is NOT a Russian company. Number 9 is a reference to what is NOT there.

My investigation into the operations of Yandex in the taxi sphere has revealed many important and interesting facts regarding what can be called "the Israeli" tech monster calling itself Yandex. Some of Yandex's Russian assets may have been sold to Russian interests to give the impression that it is a "Russian" company but control and ownership of key areas and overall operations are still in the hands of MOSSAD/FVEY partner Volozh and his family who are based in Israel. All secret FVEY agreements between Yandex and Western Intelligence are still in force, which explains why Yandex has never been sanctioned. The FVEY agreements are part of the Netherlands' "intelligence sharing" under which Yandex was required to participate after being based in the Netherlands. Under these agreements the CIA and the NSA are given secret access to the Yandex Pro application (details in my yet to be published research) and all data that Yandex collects, this includes all of the personal data of Russian citizens. Yandex Russia will of course blame everything on algorithms and a “system it has no control over" [sic]. Globalist Robo-Trucks It gets much worse. On the 29th of May, 2025 I was driving on highway 108 which is not far from my home. The speed limit in most parts is 90 kph but for the most of the trip along 108 there was a huge traffic jam as everyone piled up behind what I had thought was some farm tractor or something that was consistently moving at about 30 kph below the limit reaching a maximum of 70 kph. This was causing dozens of car drivers to lose patience and take dangerous risks to pass. After about 30 kilometers of this I finally reached the vehicle in question and was quite surprised. I had thought the truck was stuck behind some farm tractor but to my surprise it turned out to be a Yandex robo truck. Normally there is heavy truck traffic on the route but they always do the limit or a little less and people are used to that. The problem here was that normally if someone is moving too slow they move over to the shoulder and let people pass. This Yandex truck did no such thing and thus became a running traffic hazard as people were forced to take dangerous risks to get around it. According to the source users are given points and gain fame and recognition if they can cause the ridicule of a Russian driver, can cause a target to have a traffic accident and for maximum glory cause the death of a Russian taxi driver through any means possible.
At the beginning I was sceptical of all of that but after several weeks and then months of being literally attacked by passengers who were filming everything on their phones, or receiving instructions on their phones or who literally attempted to grab the steering wheel at full speed, I stopped being sceptical. What is amazing is that after incidents with passengers ranging from spilling alcoholic beverages all over the back seat, to actually physically attempting to take the wheel, Yandex never once did anything to protect me or restore my "rating" after the aforementioned individuals gave me bad marks, something any normal company would have done. This would mean that Yandex is directly involved and is in fact an active participant in stalking me. They know exactly who I am and for the lunatics at Yandex stalking me must be a reason to be proud. More to come on chats
The Order The First Order and Surprise: Instant Intense and Inhuman Time Pressure into the Uknown I used to wonder why it was that Yandex taxi drivers drove so dangerously and the time pressure is the absolute key. Right from the start. It cost me 6 priority points to get the screen shot below but it was worth it. It all starts with a horrible sound and a message like the one below pops up and the moving button at the bottom gives you about 2 seconds to accept the fare. You are only given the pickup point and the passenger's rating. As a professional driver Yandex does not trust you with knowing where you are going, who your passengers are or any other information. You can accept or you can not press the button and lose priority points and risk being locked out of the system. It does not matter to Yandex if in those two seconds you were outside of the car or you simply were not close enough to your phone or whatever. With Yandex Pro you are an attentive slave who must do and take anything they give you and you must go anywhere they want to send you and you must stay glued to your phone with 100% attention focussed and ready to press that insane 2 second button! (First screen shot one below)
You are offered an order where you can see point A and B and all of the details including the price and can press to accept it or refuse it if you don't want it. Nothing will happen to you and you are a free human and a self-employed professional driver with choice. You can call dispatch for clarification.

You are given an order only with Point A and a rating and no other details and have 2 seconds to accept it! There is no option to refuse and you must press something otherwise, even if you accidentally miss it, it just automatically counts as a refusal and you are severely penalized. Several such cases and you are locked out of the system forever. You have no choice and are now a Yandex slave. To add insult to injury as soon as you "take" the order you are instantly late as the Yandex "system" almost always counts less time in scheduling pickup than it actually takes. A matter laughed right in your face with the showing of arrival time and pickup time and no matter what you are always late.
You are given orders from only low rated clients, former problem clients, alcoholics, drug addicts and the like or are at locations which are difficult to get to or locations which are illegal to stop in. The distance to point A may be very far (over 30 kilometers is normal for Yandex) or have other parameters that can not be fulfilled. You can not refuse such trips and even if you complete the trip to point A you will not get to point B or you will have problems with a problem client or a provocateur who will trash your rating. You are a Yandex slave being played with and laughed at by your "System" masters and will probably end up on some dark web site where you will be the object of ridicule. What was just described is what almost always happened to me. To add insult to injury as soon as you "take" the order you are instantly late as the Yandex "system" always counts less time in scheduling pickup than it actually takes. A matter laughed right in your face with the showing of arrival time and pickup time and no matter what you are always late. (See last screen shot below - 5.) As you can see in five your location has nothing to do with time calculation. To prove this point I turned off GPS during a pickup run. Yandex does not calculate traffic lights, traffic conditions, weather nor any other real world factor and apparently calculates speed at 100 kmh no matter where you are (in the city or on a highway). This may affect all drivers and trips but for now let it be under gang stalking as I have not verified that his actually occurs with other drivers.
Here it is very important to note and underline the fact that when trips are underway and a client is in the taxi almost 100% of the time the destination time, seen in the middle at the bottom (4) is almost exactly correct, meaning the time discrepancy for pickup is especially built in or it is more evidence of specific gang stalking.

Point A and B (Effective vs Flexible) For another 9% Yandex of your income Yandex offers you the chance to see point B in case you want to refuse the order but "the system" will still not allow you to do so without losing the all important priority points without which you will get no fares and can be permanently blocked from the "system". (2. Screen shot two above). I once attempted to use the Flexible regime and was immediately penalized the standard amount of points for refusing a 150 ruble fare. About $1.50. Yandex however did take another 9%. I call "support" and they said you can not refuse trips so it was just another lie and theft of income by Yandex which the unknowing driver has to pay for. In any other country these liars would be arrested for fraud.

Undoable Return Trips on the Fly The insane 2 second button also operates when you are on an active order and 100% attention to the App is also necessary even if you have gone offline and are travelling at highway speed. In the screen shot above you can see by the grey arrow that I am offline and travelling on the highway with an arrival time of 13:52 and 94 km left to go. On this particular trip the Yandex "system" sent me about 6 trips that were all starting at 14:00 and were all more than an hour away from the destination point. According to the Yandex gang stalkers I should have trusted the system and taken the trip which according to their numbers would have left me 8 minutes to get to the new starting point which would have clearly been impossible. The gang stalkers hoped I would take the trip and then delete 7 priority points which is the standard and I would have been locked out of the system forever. This is literal warfare. When the pop up comes up the only way to escape unscathed is to press the grey detail button and wait and then close the detail window. If you miss the button to accept, do not press the detail button or just ignore the popup you will lose 7 priority points and Yandex will tell you it is your problem. Dangerous, distractive and counter-productive trash from Yandex Pro.
In 4 above you see trip one that is offered with 8 minutes to the pickup point across Moscow (again I was off-line). That is normal for Yandex and I did not even do a screen shot. Then it offered another and I started doing screen shots. It offered me two more trips, one with only 5 minutes to make the new pickup and the other ten minutes before I was supposed to be finished with the current trip. Of course had I accepted any of them the "system" would have cancelled them saying I was too far from the pickup point to make it on time and I would have lost priority points. Had I ignored them I would have lost all my priority points and been locked out of the system forever. As you can see by the grey arrows in all of the screen shots I was off-line and on an active order and the "system" kept giving me the same rubbish. Return trips with no time to get to them. This of course also rid the "system" of the need to give me the "return to city" option when I was finally finished as according to the "system" I had been offered three return trips and had refused.
On that day I had already pre-selected a return trip at 17:00 so I did not need their return trip anyway and had not turned on the inform me of return trip button. It was again another case of reserved trip cancellation with no compensation trapped 100 kilometers from home. However on that date, June 12, 2025 - Russia Day, they used the classic photo control cancellation and the "system" cancelled my return trip home. The idea was to do one round and then I could have celebrated the very important holiday. A holiday Yandex spit on as it did not even send a greeting to drivers. I am sure that someone reported me for driving around with Russian flags, either in the private secret Yandex chats Yandex keeps for passengers or a direct complaint. If you are not Russian you would find it odd that there are actually Russians who are against Russia and live here. Most of Yandex passengers are these types of individuals and Yandex caters to them not even allowing St. Georges ribbons to be displayed in taxis, which I have always done anyway. A traitorous company used by traitors to Russia, and along comes Russian patriot Johnny. Wonderful!!!
You are on a long trip between cities and an unobtrusive message or notification offers you a return trip with full information, real travel time from current point B to new point A and you have the choice to take it or refuse with no punitive actions against you if you refuse for whatever reason you have.
You are given an order as above but you are penalized if you refuse as the system has determined that all the parameters are correct and you would have no problem in making the pickup or completing the trip.

Hiding and Manipulating the On-Line Status Button
The online trap: By design the Yandex App demands that you are never able to rest and forces you to take any order they want you to. This is of course after they stop making you wait for hours for some shitty 50 cent order. Psychologically you are then grateful and do not want to fall out of grace and you agree. The only problem is once they start they are insatiable and you are not allowed a rest even to think and the only way to stop is to go offline but this may not work as well. As you can see above the yellow circle shows that you are on-line and accepting orders. The problem is that once you are on an order the status circle is hidden behind the popup distance widget and of course it is forgotten and while you are on your current order Yandex can give you more. I usually work on long trips only and want to take a small break between 2 and 3 hour trips but Yandex does not want that to happen and even when I have gone offline, as you can see above Yandex still sends me trips although it is not supposed to. There have been many times that my on-line status changed while it was hidden behind the widget pointing to gangstalking and as a result I lost priority points or was not allowed to rest between trips which can be a dangerous and hazardous preposition. If you would like to be robbed the Yandex Pro App shows your income from midnight to midnight so that any would be mugger might know how much they can get out of you as they sit behind you and watch the App . Trying to talk to the devolopers about any of these issues is pointless, meaning the App is designed in such a manner. Above and to the right you can see how Yandex continues to give orders even when offline and on an active trip and you can not refuse.

No Orders and Deletion of all Reserved Trips and Priority Points (Constant Every Day Occurrence) Yandex is 100% against me but they can not legally block me completely and if they do they will not be able to monitor and damage me 24/7. Yandex gives me no orders and when they do they are almost always cheap short trip trash that no one else would want. I therefore have survived by constantly taking reserved trips under the cheapest tariff they have "Mezhgorod". It is no way to earn money but it has made my research possible. To prove that Yandex is directly targeting me is the fact that after dozens of phone calls to Yandex support regarding what I thought were constant programming erros with reserved trips, Yandex realized I was planniing my work using their reserved trips lists and all of a sudden all reserved trips simply disappeared and now only pop up occassionally and then instantly disappear so I have toi sit and constantly refresh and attempt to catch them before they are gone.

The CIA Stalkers Expose Their Identities in Yandex Pro (English Popups) At the beginning I approached the entire affair with other goals in mind and in fact was more than not of the belief that Yandex was in fact an honorable Russian company attempting to actually work in the benefit of the Russian people and the Russian State. This was very quickly shown to not be the case after it was clear that I was being specifically targetted and the following message pop-ups in the screen shots below made it clear for me that these stalkers were not Russian. As you can see my interface and phone are set to Russian yet the pop-messages, which normally appear in Russian occasionally come up in English. The last is a passenger message which the "system" sent to a passenger in the driver/passenger chat after it identified the passenger as using an App with English set as the default language.
Why is this important and how does this expose the stalkers and prove they are not Russia based? I will not get to deep into the technical aspects and will try to explain it as simply as possible. Basically when the backend of the "system" in Russia is accessed it will default to the language of the computer or system that is accessing it. For the passenger that is their phone. For the CIA operators that is their computer. Meaning that there were non-Russian natives accessing the core back end of the system which Yandex employees have repeatedly told me they have no control over. Yandex employees have also admonished me on several occasions to use only Russian because they do not understand English. This was after I tried to communicate with them in English. The reserved trips has been a nightmare of cancellations and other events which I will detail later and has been the key focus point in attempting to damage me and my earnings as this is the chief method I used to use to try to earn an income of the Yandex Pro platform. The stalkers have made it impossible in every way. Again this is important because it is direct evidence that those stalking me are not Russians nor are they in Russia. What can I do? As you can see by the first screen shot, even President Putin has come out against Yandex.

Tariff Theft While Blocking JAR2's Income on Tariff "Komfort", "Komfort+" and "Detski" There were multiple instances where passengers stated they paid a "detski' or "Komfort" tariff but I was paid "Ekonom" which (along with Mezhgorod) is all Yandex will allow me as of this writing.
Tariff Manipulation and Lies Under Volunteer-Priced "Mezhgorod" People use the Mezhgorod tariff to transport children and animals without paying the extra fees they are supposed to pay under regular tariffs. Again if you are a driver you can not refuse or cancel the trip without punitive measures being taken against you. Since they are not required to list animals and children under Mezhgorod it is often the case that the driver arrives for the pickup and they are faced with animals and children that they are then forced to transport even if they do not have the "detsky" tariff activated or, for example, are allergic to dogs. Mezhgorod is a complete fraud as it is a cheaper than all normal fares, even Ekonom (the cheapest fare of all of them) but is forced on drivers under the pretext that they will have a return trip (see my Tambov Vampires story below).
Toll Roads - The Driver Pays but Yandex Does Not Reimburse Here is one of multiple examples of toll I paid and was never reeimbursed. The Yandex Pro pop-message says "Driver Pays for the Toll" but does not say the driver will be reimbursed making it legal and possible for Yandex to simply steal the maoney reimbursed by passengers for tolls. This has happened multiple times and the only protection is refusing to take toll roads.

Using Slave Drivers to Top Up Budgets - The Moscow Parking Scam
I never saw the actual evidence other than a very grainy picture that would not have stood up in court but the taxi park said that they received a 50 000 ruble fine with a discount and I had to pay it. Apparently I was 3 seconds over the time limit in paying for parking. The Moscow Government activated such an extreme fine, according to the taxi park staff, in order to raise funds. They took all of the "emergency funds" that they call franchising and which the drivers are forced to pay into and took the balance from there. This was the same app that "zeroed out my New Year's earnings so I made absolutely nothing for the three days I worked on December 31, January 01 and January 02 2025. I searched for the fine in the Moscow Parking app and could find nothing, meaning the money was just stolen from me by someone with access to the taxi park App. I complained but they apparently received documents from Moscow Parking and the GLONASS data that they receive from the GLONASS system which tracks the vehicles verified that I was at the location at the time the fine was said to have been incurred. I could not fight it because that would involve paying a lawyer and taking time off and travelling to courts and everything else. So in the end I was just silent about it. The only defense is paying everytime you are in a zone as they 5 minute free timeframe means nothing. 50,000.00 rubles for 3 seconds is amazing but this is money I will never see returned.

Pickups: Illegal Parking and Useless Point A for the Physically Able In Moscow it is illegal to park almost everywhere yet the Yandex Go passengers are allowed to set the pickup point wherever they desire and this is often at a point where it is illegal to park and drivers can be fined up to 50,000 rubles or which is extremely difficult and time consuming to get to. For example they set pick up near the entrance to their apartment block which requires the drivers to enter the block's territory which as any driver in Moscow knows can be a nightmare when in fact the passenger can walk ten meters and be picked up at a bus stop for example, or in a legal parking zone on the main road.

Uncompensted "Ghost" Passengers to Prevent Payouts for Return Trips and Bonuses Dozens of times Yandex sent me after passengers who never appeared. At first I thought this was a normal occurrence but then a pattern appeared and it was determined that it occurred under conditions of "return to city" when Yandex is supposed to pay a bonus for long trips when the driver has to go back empty. The "system" gives the driver a trip back home, the driver arrives at the pick up point and then the passenger just simply does not appear. The driver pays for gas to the pickup of course and spends time and energy looking for a passenger that never existed in the first place. Below are pictures of places I was sent in the search of fake passengers and each time the "return to city" regime was cancelled and I was basically left stranded and had to go home empty at my cost. Since you were given a trip home the regime cancels itself and no bonus is possible. Again support says it is the "system" and there is nothing they can do. Yandex absolutely has no concern for where it sends drivers connected to its "system". This could be classified as Gang Stalking but I believe this is their algorithm preventing the payout of bonuses. However the case with the second pictures was definitely questionable as it was a reserved cash trip for which I had to travel 40 kilometers and then wait for 20 minutes all for free or lose the 7 priority points. This happened so often at the beginning and i did not suspect anything so I did not take pictures of basically nothing and did not collect screen shots. Поскольку вам дали поездку домой, режим отменяется сам собой, и никакой бонус невозможен. Опять же, поддержка говорит, что это «система», и они ничего не могут сделать. Яндексу абсолютно все равно, куда он отправляет водителей, подключенных к его «системе». Это можно было бы классифицировать как Gang Stalking, но я считаю, что это их алгоритм, предотвращающий выплату бонусов. Banning Tajiks and Uzbeks While Demanding Pensioners and Intelligentsia as New Slaves As a former professional long haul driver trainer, state journalist, lover of Moscow and its rich history, the father of five and over 18 years living, working and driving all over Moscow, passing every test that Yandex and the authorities threw my way was so easy that it was not even worth talking about. This however is not true for the thousands of non-Muscovite Russians who attempt to work in the taxi sphere. Given my deep knowledge of Moscow and my mastery of multiple languages, logically I would have thought I would be working out of the airports and hotels dealing with foreigners and high level clients. No way Jose. I am a CIA targetted Individual and Yandex is fulfilling their obligations to their FVEY masters who of course have never sanctioned them. The Moscow City Government may want erudite, polite and intelligent drivers who are Russian patriots, support the Special Operation and have a rich knowledge of history and the city, but to Yandex and even certain taxi park employees we are nothing but the lowest scum. I have recorded dozens of cases of good intelligent patriotic Russian who have been "rating Killed" right out of the system. I am proud of the fact that I obtained accreditation after the intense testing of my knowledge of Moscow but this is something Yandex does not truly value in the least. It was very profitable to have Uzbeks and Tajiks driving the taxis because they could be lies to left and right and would work for almost nothing while never complaining or questioning anything. The reason Yandex has advertised for pensioners and even offered monetary bonuses to drivers who attract pensioners is that pensioners have pensions on which to survive because working for Yandex, unless you are illegally working 24/7, you will only make enough to pay the rent on a taxi and gas and perhaps a couple of 50 ruble cups of coffee as they steal up to 50% of your income.

Drunks, Drug Addicts and People Who Are Either Late or Broke In a nutshell that describes 99% of Yandex Go passengers. Imagine sending a 4 million ruble Komfort class car with an experienced multi-lingual professional driver 35 kilometers to pick up a drunk for a 120 ruble fare and making the driver wait 15 minutes before the drunk appears. Of course the driver does not know he is only going about 4 kilometers because there is no point B shown and of course no information about the passenger is given which would have been obtained by a normal telephone call to a dispatcher had the order been placed normally and not through some App. Does Yandex care? No. This scenario is absolutely normal for them. Of course Yandex gives the passenger the option of leaving a microscopic tip to add insult to injury and can give the educated professional driver a rating of 1. Happened many times. As for accreditation and everything they want taxi drivers to know about Moscow it is ridiculous. None of Yandex passengers are interested in anything other than playing their gutter music and where they can buy alcohol after hours. Sure there are a few exceptions but that is the huge majority. Knowing the date of the foundation of the Belarus Station or even how to properly seatbelt a kid were never of any interest to any of the hundreds of people I transported. Yandex made taxis accessible to the lowest levels of society with their micro-tariffs and accordingly the mentality at that level is not something worth even discussing. I am speaking from 6 month's experience. Amazing I was able to stomach it that long.

At the beginning, being a programmer and developer myself, I attempted to interface with Yandex regarding ways to improve its App and had Yandex proven to be a fair and approachable partner all of my experience (including ten years as a professional driver) would have been very useful to them in developing and improving an App which had potential. However as time went on it became clearer and clearer that what I considered to be operational deficiencies in their App were actually programmed punitive and hostile control mechanisms that were designed to do exactly what they do. Therefore my recommendations will only be for new owners or government bodies if the nationalization of Yandex becomes a reality which in my security assessment it must in order to guarantee the security of the Russian State.
Security must always come first and in this regard on February 10, 2025 I stated the only effective guaranteed solution to secure the security of the Russian State and the Russian people. Yandex has grown to big and has long-ago exceeded its acceptable rights as a business. |

After my last reserved trip with Yandex was cancelled yesterday (unreimbursed as always with the reason being that the client pickup was in a location where there is no Internet access) I cut ties with the Yandex Pro mafia and found an actual alternative that is accessible to all Moscow taxi drivers who have passed accreditation and have the Kisart and all of the required documents to carry out the transportation of individuals. The second variant below is workable but the App is still not as fully functional as we would like it to be. The Yandex reserved trip was completely erased from the data base and there is no record of it now. The first is Taxi-Ritm and the second is Drivee. According to the personnel I spoke with at Taxi-Ritm they do not have the ridiculous passenger based punitive "rating system" that Yandex has and does not base your income on the whims and "likes" of alcoholic passengers like Yandex does.

Two options to Yandex Pro
From a young man who had never in his life heard classical music to the idiot in this trip who asked me to turn off my classical music because he was Uzbek, the representatives of that nation with whom I interacted, proved to be ignorant beyond belief ... The young man in question in the trip highlighted below expressed an unusual interest in my old GPS device, a device I never took out of the taxi because it was so old it was worthless to thieves. I had told the Uzbek it was ancient but he stared at it with hungry eyes first asking me "What is that device that looks like a phone." He apparently thought it was some sort of new type of phone or something and it was obvious he had never seen one before. Given his comments about the classical music I play when I drive I did not converse with him further and did not answer his further questions about the device. That was on the 8th of June. On the 20th when I went to check the taxi I found that someone had broken into it and stolen ithe device. Given its age and its rarity I am certain no one would be able to pawn it. Of course it could have been some drug addict but my vehicles have been parked here for years and no one has touched them. This is exactly why the publication of your home address by Yandex is dangerous. Obviously if the Uzbek was interested in stealing the device he would have just had to press on the bottom "button" below and Yandex would have provided him with my home address and even apartment number. Bravo Yandex. The funny thing is, and the reason I did not call the police is that the device did not work, it was just there for old time's sake. The battery was gone and the cursor screen would not align so in fact it was completely useless and the idiot who stole it did not even take the power cord so he would not have even been able to turn it on. June 12, 20255 regarding publication on failed attempt to pay taxi rent (1,800 rubles) on car in Serpukhov in 4 hours. Most trips under the legal minimum.. After the publication of the figures above Yandex laughed at me and independently and without my input set me the "goal" of 61 trips ((at least 20 hours - 3 trips an hour is about average in Serpukhov) + 4,000 for gas + plus car rental for two shifts - 7,200)) for 3,600 rubles (~$40). This is clearly some American spook laughing at me. In short Yandex wants me to spend about two days and about 11,200 rubles in order to make 3,600 in my Komfort class Qahqai. All I can say is: F#CK YOU YANDEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BURN IN HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most honest companies and most commercial industries and endeavors have set standards and prices that all participants work under and in most countries the pricing and cost setting for the provision of goods and services are set by regulatory or government bodies under standards that are accepted and/or written into law. The Moscow transportation authority has set minimum costs for taxi services and these costs are what can be the minimum in order to survive. However Yandex regularly goes below this legal minimum and in fact buries it outside of the Moscow city limits making them the cheapest option possible in the taxi sector and one which no normal taxi company can compete against. For Yandex the strategy is simple and because their survival does not depend on taxi income they can run their taxi service at a loss or do something even better, just steal all of the income from the drivers, which is exactly what they do.. Everyone who has ever taken a Yandex Taxi or a Yandex Go taxi has directly experienced the fluidity of Yandex pricing. This is done for several reasons, the first being that it allows them to obfuscate actual profits, escape tax responsibilities and most importantly ever changing prices makes it impossible for anyone to adapt and compete against them. Under any normal regulatory controlled structure such business "practices" would be deemed to be illegal, however Yandex operates in the grey zone of "cyber commerce" where, unfortunately they can do almost anything they want. Would you trust such a partner? Never.
Fluid pricing during peak hours has another darker side that the highly educated "system" architects have cleverly thought out. During peak and rush hours it used to be common for people to stand by the street and hail down cabs. A wonderful and normal function, however Yandex has no way to insert itself into such a process and steal funds being passed between the individuals thus they came up with "peak period fare hikes". It has nothing to do with "making it possible for everyone to take a taxi" it is because if the fares are raised the drivers will probably stay glued to their Apps and thus keep the money coming in to Yandex. In my six months of hell I never once saw a bonus or an increased fare by staying in the "pink zones" or staying on-line during peak hours. The same miserly tariffs and Yandex's ever present insatiable hand, sucking away all profits.
On June 12 which is Russia Day in the the Russian Federation Yandex again used the "Photo Control Trip Kill" to cancel another one of my trips home. This time I believe the real problem was that I was patriotically displaying Russian flags on and in the taxi. So they took their usual punitive measures.

First there was the post below and the following actions by CIA/Yandex. Punitive measures by Yandex are getting really strange. I arrived for a reserved order on the 29th and the client shows me that Yandex has replaced me with another driver. I completed the trip and was consequently paid and after some time Denis disappeared and I then appeared as the driver.
The second events involved several incidents and a very nice lady I took to Moscow yesterday. She said she had had at least three reserved trips for which I had been listed as the driver only to have me cancelled at the last minute. She said there were many times but at least three recently and was beginning to think John Robles did not really exist. We went through the history and these were trips that Yandex cancelled for me claiming the passenger cancelled them. The passenger said Yandex did not give a reason but that she had many problems because of the cancellations and that Yandex always wrote that they would find another driver. This proves as I had suspected that Yandex is deliberately cancelling my trips in their attempts to damage me and my ability to make an income on their either broken or CIA evil platform. This is also leaves out local Russian taxi operators as stealing the trips because the woman always had problems finding a new driver. Had a local company been simply stealing the trips from my account their car would have been at the scene immediately. Although I am not ruling that out for other cancellations.

Punitive measures by Yandex continue. Today two cars tried to run me off the road and then tried to cause me to have a serious accident. It was all recorded and forwarded to the proper authorities. For their part the "technical" operators at Yandex Pro gave me two orders which they cancelled while taking away 12 priority points. I called Yandex support again and repeated my demand that they either return my tax monies or pay the Federal Tax Service. They have done neither. These are clearly Neanderthal mafia tactics they are using against me. After several calls my priority points were returned. During the first call the operator threatened to block me from their service after I complained that the "SYSTEM" can not properly count the time between order locations. These technical details will be published later along with the accompanying screen shots and technical details. In the video you can see a motorcyclist signaling another car, then the red car making an illegal lane change to get in front of me, then he cuts me off and then the white crossover appears out of nowhere and starts trying to force me off the road and attempts to cause me to hit his back bumper. You can see how they worked together to try to make me have an accident. The second video shows an Audi which made a turn and hit my mirror and never stopped after I was parked in one location for an hour waiting for an order from Yandex (turn on audio to hear the Audi hitting my mirror and my comment). After the above incident Yandex lowered my rating even more and accused ME of dangerous driving, which is amazing as the above incident was not reported to Yandex. However this fact shows that they were actively involved in the stalking. There was a passenger in the car at the time that I had just picked up. In both cases it is important to note that Yandex and the gangstalkers always know my exact location. There have been hundreds of these incidents since I started with Yandex and I will be publishing them in the near future. These are not just chance events, there are constantly cars cutting me off and making lane changes right into me causing me to constantly brake or take avoidance measures. If they occurred less frequently one could attribute the incidents to rude and dangerous driving by Muscovites but the happen so often that it is impossible to believe these are all just chance occurrences. Most of them are guilty of carrying out dangerous maneuvers, most often cutting me off and forcing me to take evasive maneuvers and engage in emergency braking. There were so many of them that I could not record them all or record each incident individually. The taxi actually ran into my side. Some passengers who witnessed intentional attempts to cause an accident tried to expalin these potentially lethal events away as simply being "... a part of the Moscow driving culture", or that "people just hate taxis" or that "I must have gotten in their way and they are in a hurry". However there is a distinct and definite patteren in every one of these events and I am certain they were all being carrying out intentionally and specifically targetting me and my person. It is important to note that Yandex must have been involved in giving location data because almost every single event occurred after I picked up clients. One event on the MKAD involving a black Tahoe actually came so close that the driver stopped in the middle of the road as he was certain he had hit me and he then checked and then sped away.
Crash Assassination Attempt: Taxi Park Mechanic Sabotaging Brake Line and Rush Client The worst attempt at attempting to cause me to have an accident was an anonymous taxi park employee who somehow "accidentally" damaged the brake line to the left front wheel when he was doing a repair to the left suspension. The brake line started leaking and by the time I got home I almost had no brakes. I filled the brake reservoir and braking functions returned to normal and needed to get back to Moscow to the garage. Then I was given a "very important" rush order for a "client" who had a train to catch in Moscow and intentionally made me wait for him until the very last minute and then got in the car and told me to drive as fast as possible. This was very odd considering the brake problem and was clearly part of some conspiracy as I had not told anyone whatsoever about the brake problem except for a phone call to the mechanic's office in Moscow. The passenger applied every sort of psychological pressure he could on me to try to get me to drive recklessly and at high speeds but I did not. Finally after no longer being able to tolerate his insults and demands for faster driving (far above the posted 110 kilometers an hour) I was forced to cancel the trip and left him at a gas station. Aparently his being in the back seat and wearing a seatbelt he believed if we crashed he would survive and I would be killed or he could kill me and it would look like an accident. This is direct evidence of how Yandex destroyed the Russian taxi sector. Finally made the time to go to the Federal Tax Service and verified that there has been no transfer of funds from Yandex to the Federal Tax Service even though they take money every single day and from every single trip to "pay my taxes". The tax evasion scheme is detailed in this report.
Since Yandex only allows me the small cheap "Ekonom" trips, which would not allow me to even pay for gas or eat, I have to constantly search for reserved trips which Yandex constantly does everything they can to take away from me. This underlines the fact that Yandex is following CIA directives and attempting to make sure I have no income. It is a literal war I am fighting just to get fares. Today was a perfect example. Yandex took away two trips and tanked my priority again. The first one was because I was running late due to traffic jams. Okay who can argue, but the traffic jam was not my fault and they took away 6 points. The second one was very clever I was on my way to the fare and the system went red with a demand to do a "Selfie Check". When the system goes red everything stops including active fares which I was trying to carry out. Going through the "Selfie Check" took so long that then Yandex determined I had missed my order and took it away from me while taking away another six points. They are intentionally targetting me and this has been going on since I started. All of it has been documented.
Finally more proof of a recurring issue which comes up almost every time I deal with Yandex support as to the irregularities and punitive actions against me. Time and time again those working at the support desk have stated that they can not change anything in the system, that everything occurs outside of the field of their control and that they have to consult with colleagues. Countless times I have heard about these colleagues who make the decisions and control the system. I have asked who these colleagues are and Yandex never answers that questions and the only evidence I have found are message pop-ups in English at key moments when the CIA Cyber Teams are accessing my interface and manipulating the workings of the App. Who controls the Yandex system? My educated answer to that in my case is CIA Cyber Operations through the NSA FVEY infrastructure and interface.
With no interference and right out in the open, Yandex continues to carry out the Hostile Intelligence Operations that the CIA and NATO could not carry out in any other way. (SIGINT) Target Acquisition for the CIA? At 21:44 yesterday evening after spending several hours in Moscow driving a "Komfort+ taxi under the "Ekonom" tariff and making about 300 rubles an hour (rather than the 1.5 to 2,000 I made under "Komfort") I headed home to Serpukhov with no return trip (after paying for gas I made almost nothing for the day) and came upon one of Yandex's "self-driving cars" (a complete and total lie) and decided to film it to determine if it was in fact being driven by a machine. If you watch the video pay close attention to the position of the car between the lines. If it was being driven by a machine and the driver is just correcting data there would not be the deviations and fluctuation left to right that you can see in the video. This counters the claim made by Yandex that they are "training" these vehicles. Given that a drone attacked Serpukhov recently and was shot down, the appearance of a Yandex surveillance vehicle (filming and gathering GPS, video and every other form of data it can collect on everything around it) was something that immediately filled me with suspicion. In the past few weeks I have seen several of these vehicles on remote country roads in the region where I live and for me personally it is obvious they are NOT TRAINING driver-less cars but gathering Intelligence data and telemetry (SIGINT) for what is obviously military purposes. For me it is obvious that with the failure of the USA/NATO targeting of Russian military and sensitive locations, the CIA and NATO would need to expand and implement tools to fine-tune their targeting of Russian locations. The appearance of these vehicles during a time of war is something that has alarmed me from the beginning but no one has listened. Now that I have determined, through my investigation of Yandex, that they are in fact a "Hostile Intelligence Body" running "Hostile Intelligence Operations" for the CIA/NATO, it is time for the FSB and Russian Security to, at a minimum, make Yandex cease the operation of all of these vehicles until the end of the Special Operation. Remember "Security is First" and this is a real and present security threat to the Russian Federation. After the blocking of my Komfort class tariff, which I will detail below, I was forced to work last night under the "Ekonom" tariff. The first trip I received was the reason I left that tariff in the first place. After arriving in Moscow on a reserved order and waiting for about an hour for any sort of trip from Yandex I decided to press the "Home" button and then waited about two more hours before finally receiving a trip towards home. This was actually very lucky as the home function almost never works for me. At about 4 AM I headed out on the 43 kilometers to the client and when I arrived I was forced to wait about 30 more minutes under a supposedly "paid wait" function (which of course Yandex never paid) when a group of about 14 drunk people exited the building. They demanded that during the trip I allow them to smoke and that I stop at some shop so they could buy vodka. A conflict ensued and after having waited for over 30 minutes I was allowed to cancel the trip without losing priority points, which I did. I then had to wait another hour and found another reserved order which allowed me to return home. See letter above.

After publishing a VK post about the Eternal Flame monument finally being lit in Pushino there occurred a massive amount of orders from Pushino. I drove the 40 kilometers to Pushino and then they cancelled the fare I drove there for, then they started then they started giving one trip after another and canceling those as well. This happened 4 times which proves that this was no "accident". This was after the first Liberal passenger cancelled the trip that had been planned for several days in advance.
Last night was just another typical night with Yandex Pro "Taxi-Meter", it's CIA "secret" interface and their "secret" FVEY partners. Trip posted as 2048 Taxes paid by me for 2048 Client paid 1521 Extra payment by Yandex to make up the difference was supposed to be 527 Fee charged by Yandex 450 The numbers above show that Yandex transfers the tax payment for the full amount to the driver, then they take away their fees and do not pay the extra amount that the driver did not receive. In other words they lie to the driver about the price of the fare, then quote the passenger a much cheaper price which the passenger pays. Out of that cheaper fare Yandex then takes their 28%, then they nullify the differential payment by taking it as a fee for providing the order. Of course this is plain and obvious to me, but to anyone who trusts Yandex and does not pay attention, this all seems plausible.
I told another driver about this and he told me I should raise Lenin from the grave as this is just a part of capitalism. Theft, fraud and appropriating driver's income through deceit , are all crimes and Yandex is guilty as sin.

GPS does not work in Moscow and your rating is not determined by competent authorities, Yandex or even the taxi park but by random passengers who can be secret shoppers, haters, alcoholics and anyone who happens to install Yandex Go. Yandex support provides absolutely no support to drivers and even drunk passengers who insult and degrade drivers are allowed to lower the drivers' ratings. The trip below was a hate filled woman and a Yandex "Secret Shopper" who intentionally directed me to make wrong turns leading me to a debt of 650 rubles for using a toll road which was not needed. In a clear provocation directly targetting me Yandex simply decided to have some fun and destroy my rating. During the trip the woman was on the phone to Yandex Quality Control and telling them lies about me, even going so far as to ask me to let her out in the middle of the highway and then telling Yandex I refused to let her out and that I was making wrong turns on my own even though she was telling me which way to go because as she claimed "navigation did not work" which is normally the case around Moscow City.

Idiotic Fascism of Likes Starting from the very beginning and during the entire trip he complained about what he called the “slow” speed of my driving during traffic jams and about Yandex navigation. This was the second such passenger in the last two days. Yesterday another young man complained about the same thing, saying I should get in the left lane and drive faster through the traffic jams. He wanted me to violate traffic laws and speed and when I refused he said I could drive 19 kilometers over the limit. I politely told him I follow traffic laws and that safety and security come first. I also explained that the right lanes always move faster because of the exiting and evacuation of the right lanes by members of the traffic flow. The young man from the day before yesterday seemed to calm down after this explanation but yesterday’s passenger refused to listen and chose to maintain his ignorance of traffic laws and anything that countered his belief that speed is number one (which would be true if we were Formula One racers and not part of the public transportation system). As an experienced driver (and a former long-haul
driver trainer and operator with over ten years’ experience and a
million miles accident free in the USA) who has dealt with Moscow
traffic jams for decades I know that the fastest lanes to use to get
through traffic jams in most locations are the right ones, with the
exception being exits where people wait until the last minute to change
lanes and exit the main thoroughfare, causing huge traffic jams. I also
know that maintaining a safe distance and a safe speed (at maximum being
the median or general average speed of the overall traffic flow) are the
only ways to maintain safety and my own security and the safety of my

Shadow Banning is a practice introduced by Google and Yandex way back in the beginning and then made mainstream by Twitler and Fakebook. Shadow Banning involves blocking the content and posts of a TI while making them believe that everything is operating normally. In effect they make posts, or in the case of Avito they place ads, but the posts and the ads are not presented in search results and are not seen by anyone. Current practictioners affecting JAR2 are Yandex, Google, Avito and to to some degree Telegram and VK. Shadow Banning is an insidious and should be an illegal proactice as it is done secretly without the knowledge of even the person being shadow banned. The screen shot below is an example of Shadow Banning by Avito where I have placed over a dozen ads. I posted the Avito screenshot because it targets me personally and affects my ability to earn an income and even sell my personal property. Below is evidence of fraud as I have paid Avito for views and those "views" never happen yet they continue to take my money. Who can I report this to? Only to you. No one will do anything and the only recourse is exposing their practices.

I check all of the setting in the App several times and wait. The car is ready. I am ready. All that is missing is the passenger. I wait. Patience is a virtue. I wait some more. Below are some of the roads and conditions a taxi driver is faced with in the Moscow Region. Some are truly dangerous and would amount to off-road conditions and can take ages to get to and damage the vehicles. However yet again with Yandex Pro you can not refuse.
