General Declaration on Aritificial Intelligence as an Automated Genocide Tool

Pre-Release of Declaration on the Freezing of Artificial Intelligence

Dear Leaders and Citizens of the Free World:

As we move away from a world order dominated by the hegemon known collectively as the Empire of Lies and proceed with plans to build and develop a peaceful, multi-polar world based on equality, mutual respect and truly civilized relations between states and peoples it has recently come to our attention that Artificial Intelligence (AI), among a long list of illegal black uses, is now being used as an autonomous targeting and assassination tool which runs contrary to the fundamental basic core precept and commandment governing machine and human interactions. That commandment states that a computer (which includes any cyber, robotic, mechanized or other system controlled by computer processes including artificial intelligence) must not harm people.

The leaders of the Empire of Lies (EOL) with its population of approximately 840 million, having gone completely rogue after being faced with their own impending unavoidable demise in their insane hybrid war to end Russia and obtain full spectrum dominance over the approximately 7.4 billion people of the free world, and having freed themselves from any and all restraints, be they legal, moral or simply common sense, have now violated core precepts that if allowed to go unchecked may lead to the complete and total extinction of the human race, including those in the Empire of Lies itself.

In our deep and ongoing research into AI (a task forced upon us as we have become the victims of automated processes designed to end our existence) we have documented more than 15 categories and hundreds of specific instances under which Artificial Intelligence is being implemented and used to harm the people, the governments and the societies of the free world.

Below are the current 15 categories in which AI is now playing a leading role with full details and more information on each contained in my as-of-yet unpublished full report, they include:

1. The full spectrum automated international targetting of politicians, journalists, activists and any other individuals deemed to be of interest or classified as enemies of the Empire of Lies and the connected spying and covert data collection required to do so.

2. The decimation and elimination of workers, staff and humans in entire industries with no recourse available to them. Being done to maintain the unsustainable rising profit margins of the billionaire class of the EOL. This is something which will also lead to the end of the nearsighted global elites themselves.

3. The commission of military grade psychological operations including the spread of fake news, false information, disinformation and the repression of ideologies and all manner of information useful and needed by the global majority to combat or counter the self-serving imperial ideologies, interests or disinformation of the EOL.

4. The secret subversion of states, their leaders and populations and the active obfuscation of AI’s role in carrying out its operations.

5. The manipulation of food supplies and supply chains to damage the global majority and used to heighten the profits of the EOL and its mega-rich.

6. The irresponsible unilateral release of artificial intelligence into all spheres of human endeavor and the promotion of such during a time of war and without the proper knowledge or study into the negative effects it will have on the peoples of the world and the planet itself.

7. The use of artificial intelligence to carry out weather manipulations and effect climate change required to support the plans of monied interests who seek to obtain trillions of dollars from the global majority as the saviors of humanity.

8. The illegal use of AI as an autonomous killing and assassination tool by NATO, Israel and the former Ukraine.

9. The military use of AI and computerized systems in the hybrid war against Russia including planning, targeting, guidance, weapons systems control and all other “mission critical” processes, most visible the creation and spread of pro NATO anti-Russia propaganda. Again violating the fundamental rules and commandments of computer “law”.

10. The use of militarized AI against innocent and unsuspecting populations not only by government bodies but by the corporate forces now controlling the EOL’s government and military bodies, in particular serial violator Blackrock.

11. The creation and implementation of operational models to facilitate past and upcoming biological genocides with the end goal of eliminating over 8 billion human beings. Namely the global majority and those in the EOL who are against the agendas of the EOL globalists.

12. The use of AI to carry out covert genocides on unsuspecting innocent populations through sterilization (Covid vaccines) and other methods.

13. The use of AI to manipulate and control financial markets and the global economy in order to maintain the supremacy of the factually bankrupt EOL.

14. The use of AI to connect, correlate and process all of the data contained in the world’s data centers to build models and facilitate the black operations of the “secret” proponents of, as-of-yet unregulated, AI. Evidence was discovered linking Yandex Nebius AI, the Yandex datacenter in Finland and Arkady Volozh to the NSA and the CIA.

15. The planned initiation and implementation of a complete and total command and control grid over the peoples and bodies of the world, including financial, intelligence and military bodies. e ask you to support our research and spread this declaration to your leaders, your press, your security services and anyone you think may be able to help us freeze the spread and use of AI until such a time as all of the adverse factors can be properly studied and measures taken to ensure the safety and security of Russia and all of mankind.

Artifical Intelligence - The Trojan Horse of Genocide

It used to be that when a new company was started its worth to the community and the state would be measured by its ability to give something back to the people, first and foremost, and to the state. A company was supposed to create jobs and support the advancement of society and the state and the economy. Factories, agricultural conglomerations, producers, distributors of products and providers of services from transportation services to restaurants were all supposed to give something back. What happened?

With the advent of AI and technology now we have parasites like Yandex which do nothing but take and enrich themselves offering nothing in return and stealing the jobs and incomes of millions. This is a danger to society and a danger to the state, no matter how much it pays in taxes and it is literally an instrument of genocide.

I have been researching this phenomenon for some time and will be releasing all of my work in the near future but I must issue a warning to society and the world. You must stop AI. Nothing that is designed to compete and surpass and then replace humans must be allowed to exist and must be outlawed and banned by governments worldwide in the interests of the people they are supposed to serve and protect.

Replacing humans with some faceless machine owned by a faceless foreign corporation, even if it is a simple cashier, is not something that can be tolerated and must be banned forever.
