On My One Year Anniversary – The Truth Must be Told

Introduction

It has been one year since President Putin signed the decree granting me Russian citizenship which ended 18 years of asylum. As a Russian citizen I believed that the targetting I had had to survive would have finished but I was totally wrong and it has in fact escalated. In that escalation lies a discovery with global implications not only for targeted individuals but even entire populations worldwide.

Using advanced technologies, including: facial recognition; personal information such as location data, emails, SMS messages and everything else they collect; algorithms and finally Artificial Intelligence to correlate, process, automatically determine actions and then execute strategies and punitive measures (including actions for termination or murder), the Empire of Lies (EOF) is engaged in the active targeting of all of its enemies worldwide. This does not mean just individual enemies such as myself but absolutely everyone in Russia and countries they are targeting like China, Venezuela, Cuba, Palestine and even Canada. If this fact of targeting and external meddling into the sovereign affairs of every person on Earth is not bad enough for you, the most monstrous thing that has been discovered is that these operations to enslave the world and commit genocide have now all been automated.

This document contains revelations of secret operations against Russia and the world and will hopefully lead to the end of the illegal spread of AI by globalist actors who continue waging a hybrid war against Russia and continue stealing Russian wealth. The loss of these secret programs by revealing them will cost them billions and is my contribution to Russia and the free world in this war of civilizations. We do not want to be slaves to the Empire of Lies. Please read and spread this article as I prepare a formal declaration against Artificial Intelligence.

The Evidence

The Selling Out of Russia by FVEY Partner Yandex and CIA Asset Volozh

The use of AI to connect, correlate and process all of the data contained in the world’s data centers to build models and facilitate the black operations of the true “secret” proponents of, as-of-yet unregulated AI, is something that requires traitors at the highest levels with access to data centers and able to subvert entire governments. This has been carried out against the people of the Russian Federation by one of the few people who had the access, the motive and wherewithal to do so, namely Russian traitor, Israeli citizen and MOSSAD/CIA partner Arkady Volozh.

In my Yandex targeting research evidence was discovered linking Yandex, Nebius AI, the Yandex datacenter in Finland and Arkady Volozh to MOSSAD, the NSA and the CIA. This is besides the evidence that Volozh was involved in the cancer assassination of Ilya Segalovich who was against working for the CIA and MOSSAD. These facts have been verified by an independent source who said this was the real reason he left Russia.

More damning evidence involves the real nature of the “business” partners of Volozh which are actually CIA and MOSSAD front companies: the first being the Virginia based CIA front Orbis “Investment Management” (home of CIA officer Phillip F. Reilly connected to Orbis, Safe Reach Solutions, UG Solutions and GHF which probably stands for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation) and is involved in the genocide and automated kill chains (Lavender) in Gaza. The other main partner of Volozh is the USA, India, the UK, Israel based MOSSAD front Accel (Accel Solutions) which has dozens of other tech companies operating as fronts for its operations, including Nebius AI.

It is a fact that with the interconnectivity between data centers, super computers, cloud repositories and full access to APIs such as Google’s, all on-line global AI systems can share data which is then used by CIA Cyber Operations, the NSA and MOSSAD for targeting and automated killing and genocide and anything else they want to do, including manipulating financial markets, hi-jacking driverless vehicles and controlling almost anything else connected to the Internet.

The main trove of data being used by CIA/NSA run AI regarding “Russia” was contained at the server farms of Yandex in Finland and now all data is being collected through Yandex GPt 5 and their Nebius AI project which they advertise as being a business solution. According to sources the CIA and the NSA were granted full access to Yandex’s data center in Finland by Russian traitor Volozh as part of a $20 billion dollar deal that cleared him from US Sanctions and allowed him to continue his “business” of selling out Russia. The source also stated that all of the hardware was removed and taken to the USA and replaced using claims that upgrades were needed.

Operation Sable Spear, Osirius and Microsoft OpenAI’s GPT-4 for Top-Secret Networks

Facilitating the CIA/FVEY implementation of AI along with Microsoft, Hailio Technologies and the aforementioned entities, there are two CIA contractors directly responsible for the weaponization of AI, these are Rhombus Power and a competitor Primer AI, which lists two unnamed intelligence agencies among its customers (CIA/MOSSAD). Primer AI recently posted that it offers military services and an AI-powered search in 100 languages to “… detect emerging signals of breaking events” using sources including Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, WhatsApp, Signal and Discord and to help identify “key people, organizations and locations.” Primer also listed targeting among its technology’s advertised uses, a term encompassing Black Operations, Wet Work and the CIA’s beloved Color Revolution Ops. This latter fact is actually quite incredible and serves as an admission to something I have complained about for decades in fact.

If all of that were not enough to kill your AI enthusiasm let’s look at the automated kill chain called Lavender which is being used in Gaza to commit genocide. According to sources Lavender combines data mining with a gamification algorithm to rank and designate targets for bombings and assassinations, gut that is not the only one Israel and the CIA are using! Others include an AI system called Where’s Daddy which uses integrated mass surveillance to track targets, Alchemist, the Gospel and Fire Factory, also deployed by Israel in Gaza.

Then of course there is the Israeli/USA/NATO nazi puppet junta in the former Ukraine which is using an automated kill chain program called MetaConstellation along with Elon Musk’s Starlink Destroyer to target locations and individuals in Russia. The junta in the former Ukraine is now so completely owned by the CIA that they do not even need CIA officers and personnel to give them instructions as to whom to kill. They just follow the CIA, Musk and Facebook’s (Meta) AI. Is this type of warfare legal? Of course not, especially when the AIs are connected to Russian source AIs.

This appearance of AI in the arsenal of evil of the CIA is not something new, in 2019 almost completely under the radar the CIA, the NSA and their associated bodies tasked with cyber “security” carried out global operations called Sable Spear and Osirius using generative AI which they claim is for ideation and analysis. They implemented Microsoft OpenAI’s GPT-4 for top-secret networks in Operation Sable Spear and were so successful that the CIA went public with it to promote their “efforts” and to showcase their “AI”.

My research into the targeting of myself by Yandex, Avito and other “Russian” IT giants and the spread of American style racism into the minds Moscow residents has shown that they are the results of CIA targeting and psychological operations as could have been testified to by my former “agent” in US Army Psychological Operations Scott Bennet who could have attested to that fact had he not been assassinated by the CIA. Everyone I have shown my evidence to is convinced that everything that I have been through is being carefully planned and executed. Despite my receiving Russian citizenship this targeting continues to the present moment.

Through their endless crimes the MOSSAD idiots and their partners at Shinbet, in their impunity and “we can do what want” alma-mater, have done wonders in exposing the use of AI as a killing tool. Tools they could never have developed without the computing power, the knowhow and the blessing of the NSA and the CIA. According to a whistleblower “despite the inherent fallibilities in their AI systems, Israel actively targets and kills without question what could be nothing more than innocent civilians.”

Now to add to the endless list of Crimes Against Humanity being carried out by the EOF we can add violations to the fundamental laws and commandments which are supposed to govern relations between humans and machines:

4. Thou shalt not use a computer to steal.

5. Thou shalt not use a computer to bear false witness.

6. Thou shalt not copy or use proprietary software for which you have not paid (without permission).

7. Thou shalt not use other people's computer resources without authorization or proper compensation.

8. Thou shalt not appropriate other people's intellectual output.

9. Thou shalt think about the social consequences of the program you are writing or the system you are designing.

10. Thou shalt always use a computer in ways that ensure consideration and respect for other humans.

JAR2 com and My Mission to Protect Russia

At that time I had kept my asylum secret from my employers who were all working for MI6 and the CIA through NGOs and other organizations. Then after obtaining my dream job as an announcer for the Voice of Russia World Service in English for the better part of a decade I attempted to uncover and expose the USA, NATO, Zionist criminals who carried out 911. To my satisfaction that mission was completed.

The problem is that no one has ever been prosecuted for that horrendous crime, and now 24 years later no one seems to care and the perpetrators are about to start World War III after killing Russians in the former Ukraine for 8 years and now waging a proxy war against Russia for over three and a half years. Now in 2025 there is no Voice of Russia World Service to get out the truth. All media is enslaved to the monstrous criminal elites. All that appears to be left is JAR2.

You may not know JAR2 but MI6 and the CIA remember and people like MI6 agent Christopher Steele, whose name we published in 1996 in the MI6 lists also remember. After we outed Steele his life mission became damaging Russia and of course me personally. You may not remember how we tried to expose 911, how we ended the TPP, how we exposed the real Srebrenica massacre, how we spread the truth about the US subversion using insane Zionist nazis and the peaceful unification of the Crimea to its historic homeland. All of these things dirtied and obfuscated now by the dead journalism of lies being spread as truth, spread worldwide by the Empire of Lies MOCKINGBIRD, but there is still JAR2.

On AI, Traitors, the Corporation Shuffle and the CIA

Even now after over three years of war with the 56 countries allied with NATO there are still tens of thousands of traitors who call themselves “Westernizers” pulling levers and strings throughout Russia but in particular throughout Moscow proper. They are embedded hardcore trained agents whose only real purpose is destroying Russia from the inside, ensuring no return to socialism and the USSR and destroying the enemies of NATO and the Empire of Lies for the CIA and MI6 within the front companies they are all employed by.

The 5th column is everywhere in companies and bodies such as Yandex who have restructured, renamed and gone offshore or in other means hidden by their true masters. This is the real reason crypto currencies were seized by the CIA and spread worldwide, to pay and maintain their networks. They must maintain “business as usual”. Now things are much more complicated for the 5th column but they have a savior, Artificial Intelligence.

AI is the CIA controller, intelligence gatherer and analyst all rolled into one through automated processes with credible deniability, like Yandex Nebius, it is “just business”.

It is an extremely complex threat and the processes are ones that few can even see let alone understand, except perhaps for people like me, who are targeted. However the danger is not just to individuals, the danger is to the State, the people and the existence of the Russian World. Even for business AI is a danger, for example if you are Blackrock and you want to increase your monopoly you program the AI to destroy your competition in myriad ways that no human could discern or trace. The danger is real and I am a testament to that.

Traitors and the Russian Media CIA MOCKINGBIRD

Unfortunately the President is still surrounded by “Westernizers” and there are still Kremlin Moles and spies surrounding him. This is why the “Russian” media continues it endless stream of Trump talking points and NATO lies, never even reporting that the CIA controller of the North Stream pipeline was identified and the CIA criminals were caught and then released.

The bad ones have been shut down but the ones who do not state bald-faced lies continue broadcasting and carrying out the endless MOCKINGBIRD psychological operations of the CIA Broadcast Board of Governors propaganda and employing their brainwashing instruments.

Spreading the Truth on Television? The Robbery of PR Operation RT

Hindsight is 20/20 and today it is clear why the global household name that was the Voice of Russia World Service was completely liquidated. We spread the truth and we could not be censored. This was necessary for the current NATO hybrid war against Russia, a war for the minds being carried out with the false legitimization of Goebbels’ style propaganda.

Truth can be spread on radio, yes it is possible, on the Internet more difficult but possible, but on television? Never. Spreading the truth on the enemy’s televisions is a fantasy that will never happen, any idiot could tell you that. Unfortunately RT was just a very expensive Zionist lie to the President, the Kremlin, the Russian State and the Russian people.

Challenging the Zionists and the Hasbara/CIA MOCKINGBIRD and exposing the truth on channels that they are in control of is a fantasy and one that only lunatics should be involved in. However for them it is just “business” and when you do serious journalism like I did at the VOR, exposing 911, NATO crimes and Zionist lies you get crucified or dead.

Some would say challenging the CIA MOCKINGBIRD war propaganda should be a man’s job but they sent a girl who bragged about being trained at the US State Department (CIA) to defend the Russian World, a girl and a Ukrainian Zionist. Professional liars whose only interest is their own enrichment, in a normal world they would be tried for treason, instead they are given awards.

It is truly amazing, first they tried to kill us and isolate us all with Covid-19 now they want to take away our livelihood and very lives with AI, and the people are eating it up.

The Saving of Humanity

In my yet to be published full declaration on Artificial Intelligence I go into detail on the manners in which AI is quickly replacing humans and leaving them with no recourse to survive. This is currently affecting millions of people and is continuing to decimate millions of workers worldwide. This will not stop with drivers, translators and economists but has the potential to replace even those in the upper tiers of society. I also detail how AI is dumbing down humanity and other aspects affecting the continuation of the human race. This is very important work and due to its importance is still being worked on, revised and added to.

These events are clearly in violation of the elementary laws and commandments regulating machine-human relations and again these actions are causing untold harm to humanity.

As a humanist, a humanitarian and someone who has always believed in social equality, social justice and the rights of the people, watching as millions are being wiped out by some carelessly released Artificial Intelligence algorithms, has forced me to try to start at least a dialogue to freeze or end the use of AI in the public domain and spheres that affect ordinary unsuspecting people.
Machines are supposed to serve humans not replace them.

The Trojan Horse of Artificial Intelligence - Targeting JAR2

The discoveries I have made are contained in all of the files I have published in the last half year and started with my investigation of Yandex, Avito, VK, the media, the 5th column and the cyber targetting I have been subjected to in the past year. This is why that report has still not been completely finished. The files and the last four months of everything on my site were completely erased by a military grade hack from the US. I have backups of the files and everything else up to July so I am trying to restore what I can but work exposing AI is too important and affects all of humanity so I must concentrate on this and release it now.

Hopefully someone in the government will take measures to stop the uncontrolled, unregulated and complete takeover of AI in Russia, especially since we are living in a time of war and the Trojan Horse of AI is being rushed through while everyone is distracted. There is no one I can report my targeting to. Cybercrimes and hacker events from abroad are not prosecuted and there is currently no one to report them to, except my readers and you. Although Department M should be interested as AI is the new enemy covert operative on a massive scale.

As I have always said it is all connected. The technology being rushed in is everywhere and you cannot get away from it. Google collecting SMS messages, devaluing sites, redirecting searches, taking over the translation business, cards at the super markets, apps connected to the CIA and AI through the Google API, the ability for smart phones to completely spy on everyone - turning on cameras, microphones and GPS at will, sites eliminating passwords, POP3 disappearing and on and on. All taking place right now while the world is terrorized into fearing the hot phase of World War III.

There are good Russians and the aforementioned traitors but unfortunately it is the traitors who are pushing in AI from high places and with the level of propaganda and the relentless PR campaign people are not being informed of the danger. It stinks of the CIA psychological operations that brought about the collapse of the USSR and it is happening around the world.

My targetting has continued, my humanitarian work had to be stopped because of lack of funds, I have medical conditions that need funds to correct and I am on the verge of losing everything which is exactly what the CIA and the US government want. Unfortunately I cannot sue the US government for leaving me stateless for 18 years based on lies nor for the decades of targeting.

I took an oath when I received Russian citizenship and my swearing in is kept on JAR2 because of the seriousness of that oath. Many “Russians” scoff at me and many of those born in Russia who populate the 5th column feel no responsibility for defending the Russian people or the Russian World, unfortunately there thousands of such people.

I have completely lost my livelihood and ask you to support my work. This is a movement that must not end with this article. This is a dire warning to humanity and JAR2 is trying to bring you the truth before AI comes for you.

Solution

The logical and reasonable solution until proper regulations and studies are carried out by expert humans to make certain that AI does not harm the lives of humans, even if that human is just a humble cashier, is to freeze all uses of AI in the public space and take a pause. We were fine before AI appeared. Now entire populations are under threat and the effects could amount to a global genocide brought to you by the insane genocidal Globalist “elites”, Microsoft, the CIA/MI6/MOSSAD/NATO and those who already tried to murder 8 billion people with Covid.

Finally because the application of AI and other modern machine technologies violate the Machine-Human laws of interaction, drones and electronic warfare must also be reassessed for their legality and in fact banned from use forever.
