\As the first and only "American" with asylum in the Russian Federation and a United Nations recognized refugee I have for 25 years witnessed and observed on a first-hand basis the racist, class and western political bias and discrimination under which the world's so-called human rights bodies operate in and with regard to Russia and have absolutely no sympathy for Vanessa Kogan and her expulsion from the Russian Federation, justice was finally applied and finally one of these scum got what they deserved.

Kogan was yet another fake "Human Rights Defender" of which Russia has seen too many, who under the aegises of "defending human rights" fulfilled the function of her MI6/CIA connected sponsors and front companies, the USA, the Corporation and the Western narrative by piling up as many cases as possible against the government of Russia in the European Court of Human Rights and internationally, going so far as to defend convicted terrorists as long as it made Russia look bad and with a whopping over 400 filings Kogan served her Western paymasters well. How she expected to get Russian citizenship after systematically attacking the Russian State for so long is beyond comprehension but just like Snowden who started the Russian hacker myth and spits on Russia with every opportunity, Kogan thinks the Russian authorities will just roll over because she, like Snowden wants to do, had an "immigration baby" who they think trumps everything.     

Thanks to amendments to the Russian Constitution which replaced the one written by the CIA and their lackeys inside Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union, international law no longer has precedence over Russian law, so Western Intelligence sponsored NGOs, fake human rights defenders and the liberal western controlled media are now seeing their industry and their anti-Russian operations being wiped out, which for a strong and sovereign Russian State, is a wonderful thing.

 Human rights in Russia is an area that without a doubt needs development and real work but unfortunately organizations like Kogan's, USAID, the Helsinki Group and other Western intelligence connected NGOs have used human rights as a cover for anti-Russian operations which in the end has done more to damage the human rights situation than to improving it.  

As an investigative journalist I have observed, witnessed and documented not only the bias and complete lack of assistance for me and my family from "human rights organizations" but also the targetting and demonization I have faced from the Western controlled "media'. Despite my intensive and massive pro-Russian work and support of President Putin and the Russian World, the Western controlled "Russian" media has attempted to bury me and my family and demonize me into a state of suicide. The Russian Neo-Liberals and Zionists have in fact done more to damage and destroy me and my family than the CIA or the US media ever did, labelling me a bum, refusing to question my son's fabricated arrest and ignoring the fact that I am the only American Indian with asylum in Russia. Helped by the Snowden character they had hoped to simply erase me from existence and from history.

In my 25 years in Russia none of these scum has ever offered to defend my family or myself against the arbitrary actions of the US Government which have left me stateless or against the continuing illegal targetting of myself and my family. Never has assistance been granted with basic human necessities, with normalizing my status, with protecting my rights as a journalist, or my right to work, or to medical care or any of the other most basic human rights I am denied and we have been denied for decades. The one time one of these organizations did help here in Russia the lawyer abandoned me midstream.

Being registered with the United Nations UNHCR and recognized as an asylee my status is in no way a secret and in 25 years any human rights body has had ample opportunity to defend and recognize our struggle. Instead they choose to support intelligence backed media operations and Limited Hangouts such as Assange and Snowden.

The Elephant in the Room

 Starting with this site and the tens of thousands of secret documents we have published and host, the West and its puppets continue to ignore our existence. Evidence of what I contend served as the reasoning for the creation of WikiLeaks and then the Snowden Operation. Starting with the MI6 lists, continuing with the Boston Bombing and NSA mass surveillance which we informed the Russian Government about years before Snowden, the West ignores all of the journalstic contributions made by JAR2 to the people of the world. From a human rights perspective John's rights have been violated in so many different ways that were John a white anglo-Saxon pro-American there would have been an international outcry even greater than that surrounding Julian Assange.

1. The first would be the fraud and human trafficking evidence that John called a secret grand jury to investigate in 1995 and which culminated in his being forced to leave the USA and seek asylum after being falsely accused (without evidence) of working for the Russians. Nancy Pelosi's statements in 2007 that John did not deserve US citizenship and CPS Woodland California's over 18 years of illegally make support payouts to unknown individuals in the name of John's children even though he was the sole custodical parent and raised them in Russia, were clear crimes against John and his family but the "human rights defenders" have never supported John or his children ho through no fault of their own were forced to live as refugees.

2. John's claims that he was poisoned for his journalistic work and that his son was arrested on fabricated charges were never investigated and of course were never supported by the fake "human rights defenders" even though he was crucified publicly.

3. Destroying John's family and career were key objectives of the CIA and not once did the so-called human rights defenders offer to assist when John was illegally terminated after informing the Rossiya Sevodnya News Agency that his wife had had a daughter. A covert campaign was then launched where fabricated evidence of infidelity was given to John's wife and she divorced him attempting to take away his parental rights because he had an accent and was not a Russian citizen but a lowly refugee. He has never seen his daughter again and again no human rights defenders have assisted him. 

4. John's blacklisting and his inability to find employment while at the same time being denied all of the rights of Russian citizens and receiving no refugee benefits whatsoever is not only torture but pre-meditated murder and again the fake human rights defenders are nowhere to be seen.

5. Historical revisionism is illegal in Russia yet so-called "editors" at WikiPedia and in the media in Russia and worldwide have engaged in just such crimes. Currently just such an "editor" is stalking John on WikiPedia attempting to manipulate and distort the truth, first attempting in third grade HASBARA manner to portray anyone who questions the NATO narrative of Srebrenica as being leftist, then reverting edits about Edward Snowden having asylum which he never did proving once again Snowden is part of the HASBARA/MOCKINGBIRD theater and finally proposing the complete deletion of my own page. WikiPedia allowing itself to be politicized by these infantile retards has placed itself in the trash bin.

These types of open and transparent attacks cause real world damage and those doing them should be held responsible but they are not. The classic cases against John and the most long running and obviously damaging were carried out by Michael McFaul and "Bishop" Andrey who were then also expelled from Russia.

6. Attacks by "Officials attempting to damage an Asylee are illegal and even more egregious when that Asylee is a practicing journalist exposing their crimes. Where were these "human rights defenders" then?  Given that the asylee was the voice of the Russian World, a Russian state broadcaster employee, a Putin propagandist and an official Russian government propagandist, one must also ask where were John's colleagues as well? Nowhere. The cowardly scum left the room when the American globalist filth got angry and decided to wipte John out.

7. The operations against Russia in the media starting with the Ukraine were military grade psychological operations using military and CIA assets to facilitate the outright subversion of the Russian media into a globalist CIA/MOCKINGBIRD. The liquidation of the only substantial and sovereign global voice of the Russian World, the Voice of Russia World Service, was carried out by a 5th column sponsored and run by globalist interests and my work and my vocal stand against the globalists and the CIA and most importantloy my attempts to expose 911 in front of an audience of over 480 billion had to be silenced. So they sent in Snowden and with the help of CIA backed liberal globalist elements inside Russia were able to convince President Putin that Snowden was worthy of protection by the Russian State which he had been sent to attempt to destroy and damage from within.

Given that it was in fact Snowden who began the entire Russian hacking hysteria while pretending to be an asylee he should be arrested for carrying out espionage against the Russian State. He has used his time in Russia not to help the Russian State or the Russian people but only to promote himself, America and the official positions of the US Government and the CIA with regard to Russia. Given the $15.5 million dollars he has made and his continued support by Twitter and the Western globalist media, while anyone fighting for Russia or real truth is crucified, like myself, time has shown that Snowden is a valuable media and information asset, not for the Russian State, but for the CIA Global MOCKINGBIRD and the US Shadow Government and Deep State. 

With 50 media outlets and millions of Twitter followers why has he never defended Russia or President Putin yet wants to be a Russian citizen? What a screaming JOKE on Russia!!!!!!!!

8. We know who the Jewish HASBARA and CIA/MI6 MOCKINGBIRD media idiots and big tech truth suppressors are (Snowden, Assange, Farrell, et al) and we know the identities of their Jewish mafia criminals who were paid by McFaul and Haspel and the CIA Globalist criminals to have my son arrested and have me blacklisted and again I ask, WHERE ARE THE HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDERS????? Nowhere because there are none. They are all INTEL OPS!!!

After the dozens of press releases I sent out on the deportation of my son which were completely ignored although he had lived almost his entire life in Russia it is more than 100% clear the bias that these "human rights" organziations have. They can in no way claim to care about human rights unless me and my family are not in fact human. Yes we were against the USA and therein lies their bias because they are all intelligence, influence and perception operations whose only concern is dirtying Russia's image and forcing foreign standards and power onto the Russian State and the Russian people.

All one has to do is look at who funds them to come up with the list of usual Western Intelligence backed sponsors and funders like the Sigrid Rausing Trust. All of the names below are MI6 and CIA connected.
